Three-quarters of respondents mentioned they’d really feel empowered to pursue and maintain a management place, and greater than 80% mentioned there’s a lady in senior administration of their firm.

“I can’t help but feel hopeful,” mentioned Ms Quinlan, who mentioned extra ladies are “stepping up” and “leading”.
