Amended grievance contains fraud allegations

The reworked grievance may also embody varied fraud allegations referring to the creation, promotion, and additional buying and selling of $HAWK. 

It accuses defendants (not together with Welch) of constructing “material misrepresentations and omissions concerning the nature, safety, value, distribution, liquidity, and promised utilities of the $HAWK token.”

Numerous alleged misrepresentations included: 

 claims that liquidity was completely locked

 claims that utilities resembling podcast integration, gaming, and subscription tiers had been underneath improvement

claims that the token would have truthful and community-driven distribution

claims that the mission was structured with compliance and investor safety in thoughts

The grievance additionally states that, “Every technical component — pre-sale allocation, float restriction, sniper configuration, liquidity provisioning, Meteora infrastructure, and wallet-cluster coordination — functioned together to create a carefully constructed on-chain roadmap for fraud.”
