LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A rip-off in Ingham County has tricked residents out of a whole bunch of hundreds of {dollars}, Ingham County Sheriff Scott Wriggelsworth introduced Thursday. Two residents, ages 70 and 81, have misplaced what the sheriff says are “jaw-dropping sums of money.”

The primary incident happened over ten days, when somebody referred to as a girl claiming to be from the Workplace of Inspector Normal.
