DELHI TOWNSHIP Mich. (WLNS) – A Mid-Michigan man had no concept {that a} fast journey to assist his buddy would flip right into a manhunt for his automobile and his canine.

A pair hours later, deputies positioned the suspect, 26-year-old Logan Each day hiding within the attic of a house on Faculty Street. Deputies arrested Each day, then searched the home and located Moose. Subsequent, they reunited Allen along with his greatest buddy.

“He definitely was freaked out, but as soon as he heard my voice he perked up a little bit. I opened the door and boom, immediately out of the car,” stated Allen.

Deputy Lorenzo Solito with the Ingham County Sheriff’s Workplace was there for the reunion and shared his response.

“I could definitely tell from his expression and his excitement that Moose was back with his family, and it was a good feeling for me and the Sheriff’s office,” stated Deputy Solito.

Allen stated he obtained Moose as a pet a couple of yr and a half in the past. The German short-haired pointer is again house and busy being spoiled with treats.

“We’re always happy to have a good outcome and I’m glad this incident had that outcome,” stated Deputy Solito

Since Allen’s automobile was totaled, he wants a brand new experience. It does not hassle him an excessive amount of although, as a result of he will get to do it with Moose by his facet.
