Ingham County moms' actions result in arrest of suspected baby intercourse legal

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The actions of an Ingham County mom have led to the arrest of Nicholas Charles Toecker, who’s suspected of providing medication and vapes in change for intercourse or nude photographs of minors, in line with an FBI legal grievance.

The FBI agent investigating the grievance filed the paperwork within the U.S. District Court docket for the Japanese District of Michigan. The FBI says the mom stated she was going by her 15-year-old daughter’s cellphone when she discovered specific Snapchat messages between the lady and an unknown man.

The mother then referred to as the Ingham County Sheriff’s Workplace (ICSO) to report what she had discovered.

ISCO detectives interviewed the mom and had been in a position to determine Toecker through the use of the cellphone quantity and username related together with his Snapchat account, which he had been utilizing to message the lady. The lady would later verify his id throughout an interview with investigators.

In line with the Ingham County sheriff, regulation enforcement arrested Toecker in Midland on October 10, and he’s now being held on the Livingston County jail.

Through the ensuing investigation by the FBI, one other minor lady, who is known as MV1 within the legal grievance, was recognized.

This lady instructed detectives she met Toecker on-line in October 2024 and started having sexual activity with him at a location in Macomb County when she was 15 years previous.

Their most up-to-date sexual encounter was in Might 2025, in line with the FBI. The FBI additionally says Toecker recorded their sexual encounters.
