LANSING, Mich.(WLNS)— Lots of of musicians and music lovers gathered in south Lansing Sunday for a “Music Instrument Swap Show.”

The occasion featured over 100 tables stuffed with used devices.

From guitars to information, and even posters, the present had all the things any musician may have.

Shawn Vansteeland, the Present Promoter for the Music Instrument Swap, says it’s the biggest music swap present in Michigan.

As a music lover, he says a Chicago Drum Present impressed him.

He later created his personal showcase with numerous sorts of devices, and over time, it grew to become a guitar present.

“I mean it’s a labor of love. I mean we started at a little place in Grand Ledge with only five tables, and that was over 13 years ago,” said Vansteeland. “Now we have a 130 tables here. We do it because we absolutely love it. It’s a great place to meet up with musicians. It’s almost a musician’s reunion.”

Vansteeland says the subsequent present will likely be hosted at Japanese Michigan College in November.
