'Is that airplane falling or one thing?': Neighbors react to lethal Tub Twp. airplane crash

BATH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) — Residents are reacting to a small airplane crash in a Tub Township that killed three individuals Thursday night.

Clark Street, subsequent to the crash website, has been blocked off. Native officers say the size of the closure stays undetermined, because the Federal Aviation Administration continues to be investigating the reason for the crash. 

6 Information spoke to some individuals within the space, like Jacob Jackward, who says he was at work when he heard the crash and says he by no means heard of something like this taking place in his small city. 

“Someone came in. They said they were out in the woods hunting and said they saw it barrel rolling down to the ground,” said Jackard. “At first, he thought it might’ve been like a military plane or something. Turns out it was a private jet.”

6 Information additionally spoke to a gaggle of males who say they had been in utter shock after watching the airplane fall from the sky proper outdoors their job, once they had been leaving, and even noticed a big cloud of smoke.

One among them says he even pulled out his telephone to name 911.

“We noticed a ripple sound through the sky, and that’s when I told my coworkers, ‘Is that plane falling or something?’ Because it looked, it sounded weird,” stated Sergio Tellez. “We all looked up, and that’s when we noticed the plane was actually twirling at that moment.”

6 Information even spoke to a lady who claims her neighbors felt the bottom shake from how shut they had been to the crash website close to their neighborhood.
