LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Shiawassee County Sheriff’s Workplace has introduced the opening of a no-kill animal shelter. The county’s aim is to have the shelter up and working by July 1.
This would be the first animal shelter run by the county since 2012, which closed as a consequence of finances restraints.
“We are operating on a very limited budget,” Sheriff Doug Chapman mentioned in a information launch.
