Jackson capturing suspect arrested, police say

Jackson capturing suspect arrested, police say

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Jackson Police detectives have arrested a suspect linked to a capturing that occurred in Jackson late final week.

Jackson Police Chief Christopher Simpson experiences that police arrested a 22-year-old Jackson man at roughly 6:00 p.m. on Might 19.

The arrest occurred on County Farm Rd. and Springport Rd. in Blackman Township.

The person is allegedly linked to a capturing that occurred on Might 16 at a house close to 79 Warwick Ct.

Officers had been known as out to the residence at round 3:28 p.m.

A 22-year-old Omarion Flowers was taken to Henry Ford Hospital, the place he later died from gunshot wounds.

The suspect is at present within the Jackson County Jail and is awaiting prices of Open Homicide from the Jackson County Prosecutor.
