Inventive management of the long-running James Bond franchise has been handed to Amazon MGM Studios, in a three way partnership with the present homeowners.
Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson – who’re the daughter and stepson of movie producer Albert “Cubby” Broccoli, the person liable for growing the Bond franchise into the success it’s at present – will stay co-owners of 007 mental property rights.

“I’ve had the honour of working intently with 4 of the tremendously proficient actors who’ve performed 007 and 1000’s of fantastic artists throughout the trade. With the conclusion of No Time To Die and Michael retiring from the movies, I really feel it’s time to concentrate on my different tasks.”
In 2022, Amazon purchased MGM Studios, which distributes Bond, for $8.45bn (£6.79bn).
