Kelly Smith, whose full identify is Racquel Chantel Smith, denies organising the kidnapping of her daughter Joshlin in February 2024 in return for a fee.
She has pleaded not responsible to the costs alongside two males – her associate, Jacquin Appollis and pal Steveno van Rhyn.
