Lacking man discovered useless in Eaton County, 4 suspects arrested

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Eaton County Sheriff’s Workplace Detective Bureau discovered the stays of a person final week, a number of months after he was reported lacking. The sheriff’s workplace now says this case is taken into account a murder.

On December 11, 2024, the Eaton County Sheriff’s Workplace was despatched to the 4000 block of Michigan Highway for a report of an deserted automobile.

Investigators stated the automobile belonged to Gregory Brian Pennington, 42, from Nashville, MI.

The next day, Pennington was reported lacking, and the sheriff’s workplace detective bureau stated foul play could also be concerned in his disappearance. Pennington was final seen on November 14, 2024, close to the Vermontville space.

‘Foul play’ suspected in lacking Nashville man’s case

On April 29, 2025, Pennington’s stays had been present in Chester Township, and the sheriff’s workplace says 4 suspects are actually in custody and anticipated to be charged in reference to Pennington’s demise.
