The lethal hit-and-run occurred in Could of 2024 in Watertown Township. Authorities arrested Ashley Marie Monroe, 35, saying she was driving below the affect when she plowed into a gaggle of individuals strolling alongside Wacousta Street. Monroe was additionally pregnant on the time.
