Lansing man arrested after early morning crash in Calhoun County

Lansing man arrested after early morning crash in Calhoun County

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Deputies say a drunk driver from Lansing was going the incorrect manner within the eastbound lanes on I-94 after they hit one other automobile, injuring two others in Calhoun County.

The crash occurred simply earlier than 3:30 Tuesday morning on I-94 close to the 107-mile marker. The 50-year-old man hit and injured two individuals, each of whom had been transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening accidents.

Deputies arrested the Lansing driver and booked him into the Calhoun County Jail.

The eastbound lanes on I-94 had been closed for a number of hours however have since reopened.

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Workplace asks anybody with details about this incident to name Lieutenant Curtis Smith at 269-781-0880 or Silent Observer at 269-964-3888.
