LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing police and medics responded to a presumably deadly crash close to downtown Lansing at about 4:45 a.m. Saturday.
The collision occurred at West Oakland Avenue and North Walnut Road. A sedan appeared to have struck a utility pole, knocking out energy strains within the space.
A 6 Information reporter on the scene noticed eight Lansing Police Division cruisers, two hearth engines and Michigan State College Law enforcement officials on scene. Crews from the Lansing Board of Water and Mild (BWL) quickly arrived to cope with the broken strains.
An officer on the scene confirmed at the least one individual was taken to Sparrow Hospital. Authorities haven’t stated how many individuals had been within the car or launched any names.
As of this afternoon, neither BWL or Customers Vitality have any outages within the space.
