Lansing prompts 'Code Blue' chilly climate plan

Lansing prompts 'Code Blue' chilly climate plan

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Metropolis of Lansing can be activating its ‘Code Blue’ chilly climate emergency plan Tuesday at 6 p.m. to run till 6 a.m. subsequent Friday, Feb. 14.

Climate Conscious Day Thursday, with icy circumstances attainable for the morning commute

Code Blue permits native shelters to quickly enhance capability and alter hours. As well as, the Capital Space Transportation Authority will present free rides to warming shelters for these in want.

Should you want shelter, name 211. CATA will present free rides to warming facilities.
