Lions set to kick off 2025 season towards Chargers

Lions set to kick off 2025 season towards Chargers

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Detroit Lions are set to play towards the Los Angeles Chargers within the Corridor of Fame sport to kick off the 2025 NFL season.

The sport can be performed on July 31 at 8:00 p.m. on the Professional Soccer Corridor of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

The Lions, who gained the NFC final season with a 15-2 file, have been designated as the house staff.

The Chargers, who reached the Wild Card spherical of the 2024 playoffs after ending the common season with 11-6, are the guests.

NBC Sports activities will broadcast the sport, airing it dwell on NBC and Peacock with Mike Tirico (play-by-play), Cris Collinsworth (analyst), Melissa Stark (sideline reporter), and Terry McAulay (guidelines analyst) because the on-air crew in Canton.
