Eleven individuals have been left injured after a Lufthansa flight was hit with extreme turbulence whereas en route from Argentina to Germany.
The Boeing 747-8 was travelling from Buenos Aires to Frankfurt when it encountered a short interval of extreme turbulence over the Atlantic on Monday.
5 passengers and 6 crew members suffered minor accidents because of the incident.
