LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Michigan State Police are advising commuters to discover a completely different route round a serious crash on southbound US-23.

“TRAFFIC ALERT: Brighton Post troopers are investigating a traffic crash on southbound US-23 at Joy Rd, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, involving a dump truck and pickup truck in the construction zone,” the division wrote on social media. “The entire roadway is closed for the crash investigation. Unknown at this time when it will reopen. You will want to find another route. Updates to follow.”
