LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Two males who East Lansing Police pepper-sprayed and arrested Aug. 24 are making ready to file a federal lawsuit accusing legislation enforcement of “false arrest, excessive force, abuse of authority, and violations of constitutional rights.”

Jack Rucker, of Nova Regulation in Lansing, will characterize Lonnie Smith, 21, and Mason Woods, 22, within the federal swimsuit. He stated the lawsuit shall be filed on Thursday morning in the USA Western District Court docket of Michigan.
