Man dies after being hit by pickup truck whereas jogging close to Greenville

SPENCER TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A person died after he was hit by a pickup truck northwest of Greenville Monday afternoon, in response to deputies.

Simply after 4 p.m., the Kent County Sheriff’s Workplace was referred to as to Lincoln Lake Avenue north of 16 Mile Street in Spencer Township for a crash.

Arriving deputies discovered a 53-year-old Dimondale man lifeless on the scene. They stated he had been jogging alongside Lincoln Lake Avenue NE when he was hit by a pickup truck. The motive force stayed on the scene and referred to as 911, in response to deputies.

The person’s title was not launched.

The sheriff’s workplace’s site visitors security unit is investigating the crash.
