Man killed in wrong-way semi-truck crash on M-14 close to Ann Arbor

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A person driving on the mistaken aspect of M-14 was killed after crashing head-on right into a semi-truck yesterday.

The Michigan State Police Brighton Put up experiences that troopers had been despatched to a automotive and semi-truck crash on the space of eastbound M-14 Hwy. at Vorhies Rd. in Washtenaw County at round 11:05 p.m.

Police report {that a} 2009 Acura MDX pushed by a 26-year-old man from Whitmore Lake was touring westbound on M-14 within the eastbound lane.

The Acura crashed right into a semi-truck touring eastbound, pushed by a 25-year-old man from Ontario, head-on.

Police say the 26-year-old man was pronounced useless on the scene.

The 25-year-old semi-truck driver suffered minor accidents.

Police say alcohol and medicines seem like an element within the crash.

The investigation is ongoing
