LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A invoice to ban using ranked selection voting within the state of Michigan has handed the state Home of Representatives 57-44, with 9 not voting.

Home Invoice 4707, launched by Republican State Rep. Rachelle Smit (R-43), would prohibit the state, in addition to any metropolis, township, or different municipality from conducting elections utilizing ranked selection voting.
