Michigan included in Excessive Midday recall over vodka seltzers mislabeled as Celsius power drinks

(NewsNation) — Some drink packs are being recalled after Celsius Astro Vibe power drink cans had been mistakenly stuffed with Excessive Midday vodka seltzer.

The recall impacts two manufacturing numerous Excessive Midday Seaside Selection packs. Whereas the cans include vodka seltzer, the corporate says they had been mislabeled as “sparkling blue razz”-flavored Celsius Astro Vibe power drinks.

Whereas there haven’t been any consumer-reported points with the impacted drinks, the corporate stated in a press launch that “consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion.”

The affected heaps had been bought in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The recall is particularly for Excessive Midday Seaside Selection Packs with the lot codes L CCC 17JL25 14:0 to L CCC 17JL25 23:59 and L CCC 18JL25 00:00 to L CCC 18JL25 03:00.

Shoppers with cans of Celsius Astro Vibe glowing blue razz drinks that weren’t within the selection pack are suggested to confirm that they aren’t related to the lot codes L CCB 02JL25 2:55 to L CCB 02JL25 3:11 earlier than ingesting.
