LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Lottery has partnered with the Nationwide Council on Downside Gamblining to remind gamers to be accountable when giving Lottery tickets as items.

The Michigan Lottery will share messages on its social media channels and thru digital ads throughout the state to advertise accountable reward giving. Accountable gifting messages may also be displayed on the Lottery’s web site, draw sport tickets and video displayed at retailers.

“Lottery games are intended to provide fun and entertainment for adults and should not be gifted to children. We encourage all players to play responsibly; those who feel they need help with responsible play should call 1-800-GAMBLER for confidential help,” stated Lottery Commissioner Suzanna Shkreli in a information launch despatched to six Information.
