EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Coming off a powerful 9-3 win over Minnesota on Friday, Michigan State’s hockey group knew Saturday’s collection finale could be a battle.

It was precisely that because the Spartans and Gophers led to a 3-3 draw, with MSU profitable the shootout to choose up the additional level.
