Microsoft has mentioned it’s “investigating an issue” after customers reported issues with Outlook and Groups.
In a put up on X, Microsoft 365 Standing mentioned: “We’re investigating an issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar.”
Down Detector, an internet site that tracks outages, mentioned issues began at roughly 8am on Monday morning.

Different reported issues, based on Down Detector, included connection to the server and logging in.
Customers from the UK and round, Europe took to social media to report they had been having issues accessing the platform.
One person wrote: “When you need to check an important mail, but #outlook decides to not work…”
Whereas one other added: “Here in Belgium mainly issues with tracking of e-mail in Dynamics 365. Inbound and outbound in Outlook still work.”
Microsoft directed affected customers to its admin centre, a web page that’s meant for many who have entry to enterprise networks and different professionals who handle IT networks. The web page requires a login.
