The mother and father of a US pupil lacking within the Dominican Republic for practically two weeks have reportedly requested police on the island to declare her useless.

Mr Riibe informed police he was consuming with Konanki on the seaside and so they have been kissing in waist-deep water once they have been pulled out to sea by a robust tide.

Mr Riibe mentioned he was a former lifeguard and swam her into shore.

Mr Riibe was reported to have mentioned he bought her again to shore earlier than she disappeared.

“The last time I saw her, I asked if she was OK. I didn’t hear her answer. I looked around and didn’t see anyone. I thought she’d grabbed her things and left,” he reportedly added.

Mr Riibe’s mother and father accused Dominican officers of detaining him “under irregular conditions” with out translators or authorized help, claiming he has been confined to a resort room with police surveillance for greater than per week.
