MSP holds 148th Trooper Recruit College commencement

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan State Police held their 148th Trooper Recruit College Commencement Ceremony Friday. 50 recruits had been sworn in in the course of the ceremony on the Lansing Heart by Colonel James  F. Grady II, director of the MSP.

For one graduate, Benjamen Thompson, following in his father’s footsteps was only one half he liked about changing into a Michigan State Trooper. Thompson mentioned he additionally liked with the ability to assist his neighborhood and serve others. Thompson will report back to the Manistique put up. The opposite new troopers will report back to their assigned MSP put up throughout the state.
