EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Only a week after her school profession concluded, MSU alum Brooke Biermann is gearing as much as play within the US Open subsequent week at Erin Hills in Wisconsin.

Biermann has determined to have MSU head coach Stacy Slobodnik-Stoll caddie for her. The 2 of them will go away for Wisconsin on Sunday. They will have 4 days of follow rounds to be taught the course earlier than the event begins subsequent Thursday.

“I thought, coach has been with me for four years,” stated Biermann. “She knows my game so well and she’s been at US Opens before, so she understands the caliber of course. So I think that it’s a good fit.”

“What an incredible opportunity to be on the bag for one of your players,” stated Slobodnik-Stoll. “And [to do it] in the US Open for a young person that has been so instrumental in continuing the success of our program for the last four years and she’s going to be instrumental for the rest of her life always being a Spartan.”

Biermann helped lead MSU to 3 appearances on the NCAA Championships within the final 4 years and was a co-medalist on the NCAA Palm Seaside Regional in 2023, guiding the Spartans to a regional championship for the primary time ever.
