New healthcare survey obtainable for Hillsdale residents

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Hillsdale Hospital has created an evaluation survey to be taught extra in regards to the group’s healthcare wants. The survey consists of 40 questions on demographics, well being, and healthcare expertise.

The survey asks questions on healthcare plans, wait occasions for health-related appointments, and first impressions of the Hillsdale Hospital.

“The responses, along with published data about our community, will help us establish goals for the next three years to address the most significant of these healthcare needs.”

“The feedback we receive plays an instrumental part in how we form our next steps as a hospital,” mentioned President and Chief Govt Officer Jeremiah J. Hodshire.

“Survey responses help us realize what matters the most to our community and what we need to do to ensure a healthy future for the families of Hillsdale County.”
