No less than 30 individuals have died after Hurricane Melissa tore via the Caribbean on Wednesday.
The Purple Cross mentioned early indications present the storm has been a “disaster of unprecedented catastrophe”.
Storm Melissa has thus far ravaged via Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Cuba.
