Officer’s actions take away two weapons off Jackson streets

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A Jackson Police Officer confiscated two pistols over the weekend throughout two separate incidents.

Jackson Police and Fireplace Companies reviews that Jackson Police Officer Brian Bean tried to cease two males over the weekend. The 2 ran when Bean tried to cease them. One of many males threw a pistol on the bottom throughout the chase.

Bean caught one of many suspects and introduced him into custody. The person was arrested for carrying a hid weapon, resisting and obstructing.

Police discovered the second suspect someday later and has been charged with resisting and obstructing.

Officer Bean was additionally dispatched to South Cooper St. and East Washington Ave. for a car doing burnouts in a parking construction.

Bean spoke to a number of folks related to the incident when he arrived on scene. Through the investigation, a car search was performed.

A weapon was discovered, and an individual was charged and brought to jail for carrying a hid weapon.
