Participant of the Week: Fowler's Brady Feldpausch wins 110m and 300m hurdles

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – On the Higher Lansing Honor Roll Observe and Area Meet of Champions on Tuesday, Fowler’s Brady Feldpausch confirmed why he is the reigning Division 4 state champion within the 110-meter hurdles.

The Senior gained the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.6 seconds after which took first place within the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 39.10 seconds. Feldpausch was additionally part of Fowler’s 4×400-meter relay that took first place and set a program document with a time of three:23.38.

The neat factor concerning the honor roll meet is that it permits athletes from a smaller college, like Fowler, to compete towards athletes within the space, who attend a a lot larger college.

“It just feels good to come here, bigger meet, bigger schools, a lot of fast competition,” Feldpausch stated. “There’s going to be a lot of good runners and it just feels good to come here and compete with them. I guess it helps to motivate a little bit. I’m still just looking at the meet like I just got to come here and do my job and run a good race.”

Feldpausch and the Eagles will look to win back-to-back D4 state championships this Saturday, Could 31, on the state meet.
