LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Demolition efforts have begun on the Walter Neller Constructing in downtown Lansing, which is being torn down after receiving a red-tag designation in October 2016.

In a video posted to Fb Wednesday afternoon, heavy equipment might be seen demolishing a portion of the constructing.

Final December, the Lansing Metropolis Council ordered the property homeowners, the Granger Group, to both make the property, situated at 122 S. Grand Avenue, secure or demolish it in 60 days.
