LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Customers Power will quickly be changing a piece of current metal pure fuel pipeline in Lansing — by establishing a brand new pipeline by the north sections of Fenner Nature Middle and Evergreen Cemetery.

Brett Kaschinske, the Metropolis of Lansing Parks and Recreation Director, says the development crews will take away 24 bushes as a part of the challenge — and Customers must pay the town $500 for every one.

“Fenner Nature Center is a great place. This will not impact that in terms of the programs, in terms of the services, in terms of the nature out there, in terms of the wetlands,” he stated. “We appreciate concerns on that, but yes Fenner will be what Fenner has always been.”
