A passenger practice has hit a herd of elephants close to a wildlife sanctuary in Sri Lanka, killing six of the animals.
4 infants and two adults died close to Minneriya, about 124 miles from the capital, Colombo.
No passengers had been injured. Native tv channels confirmed the practice engine and a number of other compartments had derailed following the crash.
