Residents complain about piling trash 

LEONI TWP., Mich. (WLNS)— Trash baggage piling up in a single neighborhood in Jackson are inflicting numerous frustration for residents. 

Julia Hilliker, Leoni township resident, lives on Fairyland St. and says it has been greater than two weeks since her trash has been picked up. 

Her neighbors have additionally suffered the identical destiny.

She says trash sits on the curb out by the road as time goes by. 

Hilliker says she’s known as the trash firm on quite a few events and feels as if their neighborhood is being uncared for. 

“It’s very much an eyesore. I feel like were dirty,” stated Hilliker. “We, you know we can’t pay our bills. I did switch over to a new trash company, and they start next week, but in the meantime. I’m still looking at this eyesore.”

Hilliker did contact our station to tell us that her trash has now been picked up, however she says that is not the case for different neighbors.
