Emmanuel Macron has stated Russia is reinterpreting what was agreed within the Black Sea ceasefire talks – as he met with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the Elysee Palace in Paris.

Ukraine and Russia agreed to a tentative ceasefire brokered by the US involving the Black Sea and strikes on power infrastructure on Tuesday.

However drone strikes have been reported simply hours after the US reached the offers individually with every nation, with the mayor of the Ukrainian port metropolis Mykolaiv saying there have been emergency energy outages after studies seven drones have been downed over the area.
