Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of raping woman, 13, as 5 new lawsuits filed in opposition to him

Sean “Diddy” Combs is going through new sexual assault and rape accusations, together with one which includes a 13-year-old woman.

They embrace allegations the rapper, referred to as P Diddy, sexually assaulted or raped the claimants in separate incidents from 2000 to 2022.

Two of the nameless accusers are males and three are girls, together with one who alleged Combs raped her when she was 13 years previous, in response to the fits.

Combs, 54, can also be accused of drugging one of many males and the three girls, in response to the fits.

Mr Buzbee introduced on 1 October that he was representing 120 accusers and can be submitting their lawsuits in opposition to the hip-hop mogul over the approaching weeks.

“We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

Mr Buzbee filed six different fits in opposition to Combs final Monday.

Combs has been held at a jail in Brooklyn since first being arrested and criminally charged in September, for what prosecutors describe as a long-running scheme of intercourse trafficking and racketeering.

Combs has denied all of the accusations in opposition to him.

His group didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark. They stated in an announcement shared final week: “Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.

“In court docket, the reality will prevail that Mr Combs has by no means sexually assaulted anybody – grownup or minor, man or girl.”

Combs’s team call for accusers to be identified

Federal prosecutors said at a hearing this month they are going through data on more than 90 devices belonging to Combs that were seized at his properties in raids this year and when he was arrested in New York.

His legal team filed a motion on Tuesday requesting that his accusers in the federal sex trafficking case be publicly identified so he can prepare a proper defence.

Combs pleaded not guilty last month to a three-count indictment charging him with using his business empire, including record label Bad Boy Entertainment, to transport male and female sex workers across state lines to take part in recorded sexual performances called “freak offs”.

The three-time Grammy winner is likely one of the most influential hip-hop producers of the previous three a long time.

His group is at present preventing his bail denial through New York’s federal appeals court docket, with the prison trial set to begin on 5 Could.
