LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– At the moment, hundreds of thousands throughout the nation will rejoice Memorial Day to honor service members who’ve died within the line of obligation.
Memorial Day parades in Mid-Michigan are underway:
Williamston Memorial Day Parade
Mount Hope Church: 3417 E Grand River Ave, Williamston, MI. The parade started at 9:30 a.m.
Bathtub Township Memorial Day Parade
The parade will begin downtown on Major Road to Clark Highway at 10:00 a.m. Then will head to the cemetery at 10:30 a.m.

Meridian Township Memorial Day Tribute
Glendale Cemetery: 2500 Mount Hope Highway, Okemos, MI. The service will start at 11 a.m.

Grand Ledge Memorial Day Parade
The parade will begin on Jackson Road to E. Jefferson, then north on Bridge Road to Oakwood Cemetery.
Eaton Rapids Memorial Commemoration
The parade will kick off at 224 S. Major Road, Eaton Rapids, MI., at 11 a.m.
