LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Chair of the Michigan Home Oversight Committee delivered a subpoena to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for election coaching supplies Tuesday, after the committee approved it final week.

The committee chair, State Rep. Jay Deboyer (R-Clay Township), says the workplace has refused at hand over the supplies to him or another member of the state legislature for 5 months, following a request from Home Election Integrity Committee Chair State Rep. Rachelle Smit (R-Shelbyville).
