LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Ingham County Prosecutor’s Workplace has charged 19-year-old Xavian Soto with the homicide of Braylon Shepherd.
Shepherd, 18-years-old, was discovered with a gunshot wound on the 600 block of Sadie Court docket at roughly 11:45 p.m. final Thursday night.
