LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Ovid Police Division says a person they’re trying to find was noticed in Dimondale on Friday. Should you see him or the automobile police consider him to be driving, don’t try to make contact. As an alternative, name 911.
The person was initially needed for questioning by the division, although they didn’t disclose why. Police say he was seen on surveillance video stealing a truck from the Michigan Milk Producers Affiliation in Ovid at round 9:40 a.m. Thursday—which was noticed in Dimondale on Friday. The truck is described as a white 2015 Chevy Silverado with an American Flag sticker on the again and a license plate of EUF0577.

In line with OPD, a resident known as 911 to report that somebody stole Amazon packages off of her porch. The above pictures had been taken from surveillance cameras exterior her house.
Police describe the person as 5’11” tall and of a skinny construct, sporting a darkish inexperienced coat with a black strip beneath the arm that was within the truck when it was stolen. Whereas police initially thought he was armed with a knife, police now say he could have a gun.

The seek for the person led Clinton County Dispatch and the Ovid Police Division to subject a shelter-in-place order Thursday morning, although it was lifted by midday that very same day when police believed he had left the realm.
