Taylor Swift will enter her newest period in a matter of months.
The ever present “Shake It Off” pop star introduced her upcoming album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” would drop Oct. 3 as she made her podcasting debut Wednesday on “New Heights,” co-hosted by her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce and his retired soccer professional brother, Jason Kelce. The Grammy winner additionally unveiled the album’s tracklist, which touts a finale that includes Sabrina Carpenter.
“It was something I was working on while I was in Europe on the Eras tour,” she defined to the Kelce brothers. “I was physically exhausted at this point on the tour, but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating.”
Swift revealed her twelfth album was imminent earlier this week in a teaser selling the newest “New Heights” episode. Within the clip, she pulls a blurred-out report out of a briefcase adorned merely together with her initials.
“The Life of a Showgirl” shall be her second report in two years — following final 12 months’s “The Tortured Poets Department” — and her first launch since reacquiring the rights to her early recordings in Could.
That was a transfer that “changed my life,” she stated Wednesday.
