Teen killed in automotive crash in Leoni Township

Teen killed in automotive crash in Leoni Township

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The Blackman-Leoni Division of Public Security confirmed a 17-year-old was killed in a automotive crash in a single day.

Officers say the crash occurred round midnight on Web page Avenue close to Portage Highway in Leoni Township.

The 17-year-old was pronounced useless on the scene, and the passenger, a minor, was taken to a hospital and is in crucial situation.

DPS says they’re working to determine what occurred. They are saying investigators are figuring out if pace, medicine, or alcohol contributed to the crash.

Anybody with data is requested to name the Blackman-Leoni Division of Public Security at 517-788-4223.
