LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Yesterday afternoon, the Livingston County Sheriff’s workplace confirmed three individuals have been killed and two others have been injured in a automotive crash in Howell Township, WHMI-FM experiences.
Officers have been dispatched to I-96 east of M-59/Highland Street round 3:30 p.m. for a two-car crash. Investigators say a BMW was touring west on I-96, drove off the street onto the median, and continued into the eastbound lanes and crashed right into a Mercury Mountaineer.
The driving force of the BMW, a 54-year-old man from Sterling Heights, was pronounced lifeless at a neighborhood hospital, and the motive force of the Mountaineer, a 68-year-old man from Fowlerville, was pronounced lifeless on the scene, officers say. Moreover, a 98-year-old lady from Howell who was a passenger within the Mountaieer was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Two different passengers, ages 69 and 37, have been within the Mountaieer and have been taken to the hospital for vital accidents.
