Three MSU taking pictures survivors obtain .75 million settlement

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Tuesday morning, Grewal Legislation and Gruel Mills Nims & Pylman Attorneys introduced a settlement of $29.75 million was reached on behalf of three survivors of the mass taking pictures on Michigan State College’s campus in 2023.

Arielle Anderson, Brian Frazier, and Alexandrea Verner had been killed on Michigan State College’s campus on Feb. 13, 2023.

Officers say these settlements will deliver closure to at least one chapter of those survivors’ therapeutic journeys.

Nathan Statly:Grewal Legislation Founder and Managing Associate Mick Grewal and Senior Litigation Lawyer Scott Weidenfeller signify Nathan Statly, who sustained a life-altering gunshot wound to the pinnacle.

Grewal Legislation secured a $14.25 million settlement for Statly, representing compensation for Nate’s bodily accidents, ache and struggling, emotional hurt, and impairment and limitation.
