UK’s ‘costliest espresso’ goes on sale to fund farm’s future

A Scottish farm has launched what it says is the UK’s costliest espresso – a £272 flat white – as a part of a fundraising drive to rework the enterprise right into a zero-waste dairy facility.

The farm is believed to have been the primary UK dairy to remove single-use plastics, and its trademarked Cow with Calf programme permits cows to boost their calves naturally, rejecting business practices that separate calves from their moms at delivery.
