Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he believes it’s time for the creation of an “armed forces of Europe”, including “our army is not enough”.
Talking on the Munich Safety Convention, the Ukrainian president stated Europe can’t rule out the likelihood that “America might say no to Europe on issues that threaten it”.
Ukraine has been defending itself from Russia’s land, air and sea invasion for practically three years.
